The Bloomberg Professional app is no longer supported on BlackBerry OS 7 devices (Pre BlackBerry 10 devices such as BlackBerry Bold & Curve) as of December 1, 2016.
This decision has been made in order for us to focus our development efforts on the mobile platforms that the majority of Bloomberg subscribers use. We are continually expanding the Bloomberg Professional app mobile functionality for a more seamless user experience.
